1. The Licensee shall not, and shall not hold itself out to: (a) negotiate or arrange any new contract of insurance; (b) invite or induce, or attempt to invite or induce, a person to enter into any new contract of insurance; (c) invite or induce, or attempt to invite or induce, any person to make a decision to make an application or proposal for a new contract of insurance; (d) give regulated advice on making an application or proposal for a new contract of insurance.
2. The Licensee shall not receive or hold any monies as specified in section 71(2) of the Insurance Ordinance (i.e. (a) monies received by the company from or on behalf of a policy holder or potential policy holder for or on account of an insurer in connection with a contract of insurance; and (b) monies received by the company from or on behalf of an insurer for or on account of a policy holder or potential policy holder.)

1. 持牌人不得進行及不得顯示自己可進行以下活動： (a) 洽談或安排任何新的保險合約； (b) 邀請或誘使任何人訂立任何新的保險合約，或企圖邀請或誘使任何人訂立任何新的保險合約； (c) 邀請或誘使任何人就任何新的保險合約提出申請或作出建議而作出關鍵決定，或企圖邀請或誘使任何人就任何新的保險合約提出申請或作出建議而作出關鍵決定； (d) 就任何新的保險合約提出申請或作出建議而提供受規管意見。
2. 持牌人不得收取或持有保險業條例 (第41章) 第71（2）條指明的任何款項（即（a）有關公司在與某保險合約相關的情況下，從某保單持有人或潛在的保單持有人( 或代某保單持有人或潛在的保單持有人) 為某保險人或代某保險人收取的；及（b）有關公司從某保險人或代某保險人為某保單持有人或潛在的保單持有人( 或代某保單持有人或潛在的保單持有人) 收取的。）
