1. The Licensee shall not, and shall not hold itself out to: (a) negotiate or arrange any new contract of insurance; (b) invite or induce, or attempt to invite or induce, a person to enter into any new contract of insurance; (c) invite or induce, or attempt to invite or induce, any person to make a decision to make an application or proposal for a new contract of insurance; (d) give regulated advice on making an application or proposal for a new contract of insurance. 2.
