The Licensee shall not, and shall not hold itself out to: (a) negotiate or arrange any new contract of insurance; (b) invite or induce, or attempt to invite or induce, a person to enter into any new contract of insurance; (c) invite or induce, or attempt to invite or induce, any person to make a decision to make an application or proposal for a new contract of insurance; and (d) give regulated advice on making an application or proposal for a new contract of insurance. 2. The Licensee shall not receive or hold any monies as specified in section 71(2) of the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41) (i.e. (a) monies received by the company from or on behalf of a policy holder or potential policy holder for or on account of an insurer in connection with a contract of insurance; and (b) monies received by the company from or on behalf of an insurer for or on account of a policy holder or potential policy holder.)
