Everance Insurance Brokers Limited may carry on regulated activities only in relation to contracts of reinsurance for marine business (i.e. only contracts of reinsurance falling within the definition of class 1(to the said extent), 6, 7 or 12 of the classes of general business as stipulated in Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41)) for the line of business specified in the licence.
