Except when acting as an agent of Asia Insurance Company Limited, the Agency shall not carry on, and shall not hold itself out to carry on, any regulated activities in respect of any new contract of insurance, unless such new contract is arranged for existing clients for the purposes of obtaining separate or split coverage to continue insurance coverage arising from existing contracts of insurance previously arranged or serviced by the Agency. For the avoidance of doubt, the Agency may continue to carry on, and hold itself out to carry on regulated activities in relation to the renewal of contracts of insurance.
